Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days — for digital content and services from the day the contract was concluded, and for goods from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — John Förster, Friedrichstr. 172, 10117 Berlin, mail@berlinjohn.de — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Additionally for Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code).
For services, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 356 (4) German Civil Code).
If this consent was not expressly obtained, your right of withdrawal remains in place.
