Grundlagen in Jonglage mit Bällen, Stock, Hut , HolaHoop, Skipping-Seilspringen, - Mind Stretching & Flexibility
Während wir Spagate und Flexibilitäts-/Dehnungsübungen machen , begleiten wir mit geführten atemtechniken den Körper&Geist
einbinden diverser self-coaching tools und wissenschaftlich fundierter Sporttheorie für Motivation und Achtsamkeit
